In May 2017 the acclaimed Danish venue Jazzhouse will do a complete take-over of SuperDeluxe in Tokyo for 10 days. Apart from bringing over a 15 act line-up of the best Danish jazz and experimental music, sound art, and new compositional music. The take-over will furthermore include a Michelin-star pop-up restaurant, specially designed award-winning interior, a praised brewery, visual artists and designers in what will be one of the largest music exchange for years between the two nations. In return a line of Japanese musical activities will take place in Denmark throughout 2017 at different venues and festivals in the country.
